Each year, Cadillac releases a lineup that excels in sophisticated design, luxury appointments, innovative technologies, and potent engines. Here is a look at the 2022 Cadillac updates, which you can check out at Bradshaw Cadillac.
Cadillac CT4 and CT5.
For the 2022 model year, the Cadillac CT4 and CT5 gives you an even more stylish and powerful option. The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing delivers a 472 horsepower-rated engine with a responsiveness rating of 445 lb-ft of torque. You can pair it to a six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. Rounding out the thrilling performance is a sport-tuned chassis, Brembo® performance brakes, and fine-tuned suspension. The Cadillac CT5 Blackwing increases output to 668 horsepower.
The Cadillac CT4 Sport offers a new exterior color, Blaze Orange Metallic.
In 2021, the Cadillac Escalade debuted a comprehensive redesign. Those changes are carried over into the 2022 model, with additional updates including standard Buckle to Drive tech for the lineup. The Luxury trim level gets standard lane-keeping assistance with lane-departure warning. Puddle lamps are standard on the Platinum trim. Mahogany, Wilder, and Galactic Gray are new exterior color options.
Cadillac XT5 and XT6.
Front and rear brake calipers clad in red, new exterior colors of Latte and Rosewood, and 20-inch, 12-spoke wheels offer signature styling for the 2022 XT5 Sport. All trims earn Brembo® front brakes as standard equipment.
In line with the updates on the XT5, the XT6 Sport features 21-inch wheels. Contact Bradshaw Cadillac in Greer, South Carolina, to learn more about the updates to the 2022 Cadillac lineup and set up a test drive.
While you may love how your car looks on the outside, it’s the inside that matters the most. Recently, the all-new 2017 Cadillac XT5 was included as one of Wards 10 Best Interiors for 2016. As a brand new model to the Cadillac line-up, this shows great things to come!
WardsAuto editors were impressed with the XT5’s “first-rate materials” along with its advanced technology. Cadillac implemented a whole-new design for the XT5, which incorporates authentic, high-end materials, decorative trims. This is best exemplified on the XT5 Platinum Edition.
To be included in this list, vehicle interiors have to be all-new or significantly redesigned. The 10 winners, including the XT5, were chosen from a total of 47 interiors. WardsAuto editors spend two months evaluating all the designs. Each vehicle is judged based on its design harmony, aesthetics, materials, ergonomics, safety, value, comfort, fit-and-finish, and user-friendliness of the technology.
The 2017 Cadillac XT5 heads into production this month and for most dealers will go on sale later this year.
Here at Bradshaw Automotive we have already received our shipment of the 2017 Cadillac XT5, so stop in to experience the all-new XT5 for yourself and see what makes its interior so noteworthy.
Cadillac has always been ahead of the curve. Just last year, you could find wireless charging capability as well as 4G LTE Wi-Fi connectivity featured broadly across the Cadillac lineup. This was before many other luxury brands had done so. Now, Cadillac is continuing to blaze the way for new technology by improving many of the Cadillac smartphone integration systems.
This feature is growing more and more important as smartphones become absolutely integral to daily life. David Leone, Executive Chief Engineer for Cadillac reports that the automaker is “moving quickly to enhance phone integration and overall system performance.”
This means that 2016 model year vehicles from Cadillac featuring the CUE’s 8-in multi-touch screen will boast functionality in Apple CarPlay. A press release from Cadillac reports, “Android Auto is expected to be phased into 2016 production at a later date.” Not only will Cadillac vehicles connect to both iPhones and Androids, it will also be a lot easier and more intuitive to access smartphone features.
If that wasn’t enough, Cadillac is making the processor in their CUE systems much more powerful for 2016. Users will enjoy faster boot-up times and improved voice recognition. Tell us what you think of Cadillac latest technology here at Bradshaw Automotive in the comments below!
