GMC recently introduced a new concept truck: the Canyon AT4 OVRLANDX. This off-roading beast wowed at the Overland Expo Mountain West 2021 with its premium appointments and impressive capabilities.
The Canyon AT4 OVRLANDX features Multimatic DSSV™ dampers as well as front and rear electronic locking differentials to make for smooth rides. Off-road rocker panel protectors and a factory-lifted, wide off-road chassis with improved underbody coverage can keep the truck safe on rough terrains.
It drives on 33-inch BFGoodrich® KM3 Mud-Terrain tires that ensure plenty of traction. Plus, this concept truck offers 10 inches of ground clearance, 32.1 inches of water fording capability, and a 27.7-degree approach angle — so trail obstacles are no issue.
A roof-mounted tent, a 270-degree awning, a kitchenette and cooler, and jerry cans for gasoline and water make the OVRLANDX more convenient for camping and fishing trips. In addition, design elements like an exclusive leather-wrapped interior, unique grille and headlamp finishes, and distinct AT4 badges give the truck an eye-catching look.
While you can’t buy the Canyon AT4 OVRLANDX at dealerships right now, GMC does offer the off-road-capable AT4 trim for the Canyon, Sierra 1500, Sierra HD, Yukon, Terrain, and Acadia. Check out some of these models at Bradshaw Automotive in Greer, South Carolina, and take one out for a test drive.
